This policy covers the FragileKitten marketing site (fragilekitten.com). The FragileKitten application (app.fragilekitten.com), where fosters record kitten care, handles the data you enter there and is covered within the app itself.

What we collect

This marketing site is a plain static page. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to reply to you about the FragileKitten beta. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it's handled

When you submit the form, your message is transmitted through Microsoft Azure (Azure Communication Services) and delivered to our email inbox. It's retained in our email only as long as needed to correspond with you and keep reasonable records.

Your choices

Email hello@fragilekitten.com any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have your contact information deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows; the date above reflects the latest version.
