By using FragileKitten you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short for the beta and will be expanded before any paid plans launch.

The beta

FragileKitten is offered invite-only and free of charge during the beta, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we build and improve it.

Your account & data

The care records you enter remain yours. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for keeping your sign-in secure. FragileKitten is a record-keeping aid for fosters — it is not a substitute for veterinary care or professional judgment.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to share.

No warranty & liability

To the extent permitted by law, FragileKitten is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for losses arising from use of a free beta service. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
